Mr. Atayla VARLIK

Mr. VARLIK has more than 23 years experienced especially on Project Coordination, Business Development and Formation of Joint Ventures.

Being an engineer with Master of Science degree in Highway Engineering, he served as Owner's Engineer in Gerede-Ankara Motorway Project which is one of the first Motorway project in Turkey. Chief Engineer positions in General Directorate of Highway of Turkey, followed this project.

He had prestigious positions in Aska Cosntruction Co. and Limak Construction Inc. as Project Manager, Project Coordinator at the execution of especially international projects with an approximate total budget of  2 billion USD.

As a Business Development Coordinator, he accomplished formation of numerous Joint Ventures and Partnerships among leading construction companies. Some of the achievements are, Executive Board Member of Limak- Punj Lloyd JV EPC Contractor of BTC Crude Oil Pipeline, Coordinator and Company Representative of Limak-Gammon JV in Paradip-Haldia Pipeline Project, Vijayawada - Vishakhapatnam and Porbander - Bhiladi Highway Projects of Limak-Soma JV in India.

He was responsible form budget and coordination of several projects in North Africa as a partner and CEO of Aska Construction Co.

He is the owner of Link Construction Co. founded for Business Development and Representation of International Companies as well as Board Member Of IPMS (International Project Management and Services).

Due to his dependable Personality and representation skills, he has been appointed as the Honorary Council of Republic of Albania in Antalya in 2008 and still continuing his appointment for the 3rd term.
